I like gnomonic maps because they can show only the northern part of the world and it just so happen that I live in the northern part of the world! Which is so much more interesting then the other maps which basically show the same amout of area with the exception of the conic map. So why would I like maps that basically show the same exact thing? I wouldn't and I don't like any other type of maps other than gnomonic.
